There are few of these Globular clusters all lurking on the edge of the milky way. Thousands of stars stretching 100 million light-years across, tens of thousands light-years away.

Nice capture of M13. How do you like the ATIC cameras? I have been pondering them for quite sometime along with a few others. Really wish I could try them out first before I make my decision.

M13 is still such a beauty...

Wish I could speak in just one sweep
What you are and what you mean to me
Instead I mumble randomly
You stand by and enlighten me

Thanks !! Well, this camera is really great! No darks, flats or off sets are needed :omg: The only thing I'd say is that a camera with more pixels would be better. This is it, 700x400 pixels!! I think there is an upgraded version which has more pixels, but of course, quite a bit more expensive

That's beautiful..

Can you put up a photo of a pinwheel galaxy?
If you're able, I'd love to see a black hole as well. I know you can't technically photograph them because they swallow light (lol) but is it possible to take a pic of where one is in space and identify its location in the photo? That's be spanktastic

Yes, more pixels is always great. Of course you could map the image with multiple exposures and create a larger image.

This is such a beautiful photo. Space is really amazing. Wouldn't it be neat to have a technology to travel light-speed into space & be able to see all the objects in space up close?
